GOODBYE EARTH! I AM GOING TO MARS

My story is Sci-Fi genre

 

Characters of my story are-

1. Claire Reynolds
2. Mr. Max Reynolds [called Mr.R by everyone(The astronaut- Claire’s dad)]
3. Margaret (Claire’s best friend)
4. Earth
5. Sun
6. Mars

 

Start…

Scene 1-

It was a bright and sunny day. Claire and Margaret were best friends in school, and of their colony….. as… they both lived in the same apartments… well on second thought….same building!!!

Margaret was talking to Claire on phone-

Margaret- hey Claire!! How are you?

Claire-I am great.. and I have a surprise for you!!

Margaret- really!!???

Claire – yeah, come over right now..

Margaret- Yay!! I am so excited for my big surprise.

Margaret comes over to Claire’s house.

Margaret- What’s my surprise?!!…. What’s my surprise????!!!!!!

Claire- okay,okay , telling…. so here it is——————— my dad, got a new job!!

Margaret – woahh!! As what?

Claire- an astronaut!

Margaret- wowww ,awesome, congrats

Claire- so, now for your surprise….——- my dad, being an only parent with single child…….. has been allowed to have full data access and can call me anytime, he can even keep me on a call the whole time. Also… his first mission is to…. Mars!!

Margaret- that is so awesome Claire..

Claire- oh! And I almost forgot, my dad has asked your mom if I can stay with you for 2 weeks, as he’ll be away!!

Margaret- wow!! Extended sleepover! 😉

Claire- and my dad told me that we can take you on a call anytime

Margaret- this is awesome Claire, thanks!… well so when does his mission start

Claire- actually, he has to leave tomorrow 🙁

Margaret- ohk

Claire- hey i think i forgot to tell you one little thing..

Margaret – and what’s that

Claire- well, there has been a discovery.. that planets do feel stuff and can talk, we just didn’t know their language..

Astronauts are now given that device, my dad got one, he got me one…. and he got you one too!!!!

Margaret- oh my god thanks !!!!!!!

Claire- so bye for now, see you tomorrow morning..

Margaret – byee.

 

Scene 3-

Claire- dad, so how are you, prepared for tomorrow

Mr. R- yeah dear, i am prepared and ready, but also a bit nervous, leaving you behind for 2 weeks…

Claire- dad, I’ll be fine.. don’t worry about me..I’m sure I’ll be okay with Margaret for 2 weeks dad!

Mr. R- yeah I trust you :).

 

Scene 3-

Day of Mr. R’s mission..

Claire- best of luck dad, byee!!!!

Mr. R- bye sweetie!!! Thanks!!

Claire on phone with Margaret – hey..i am coming over right now

Margaret – Great!

 

Claire reaches to her house, they both have fun all day..

 

At around 10 p.m. Claire calls her dad..- hey dad how’s it going

Mr R. – hi dear, it’s great, journey was pretty long, we are about to land on mars… I’ll talk you you later..

Claire- okay dad..

 

Scene 4-

Mr R calls Claire in a while- hi, so we have landed

Claire – great

Mr. R- we will try out our planet communicator for the first time now, you wanna see, then take out your device too.

Claire- sure, let me call Margaret too.

All 3 of them are on a call together

Mr. R- so let’s begin

HELLO MARS ,DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?

Mars- why yes, i do… this is a miracle… humans can communicate with planets?!

Mr. R- there has been a discovery by my organisation, planet Mars

Mars- that is just great.. can you communicate only with me, or all the planets?

Mr. R- we can communicate with all, you are the 1st one with who we tried..

Mars- ohh, why don’t you try communicating with Earth now, that is your (Human’s) planet.

Mr. R- why yes, that is actually a wonderful idea to communicate with our MOTHER EARTH…

Mr. R- well hello there planet Earth, can you listen and understand me…

Earth- yes, i can, this is awesome!

Claire- dad, i know you said that you can communicate with planets with this device but what about the Sun… it’s not a planet..but is in our Solar System…

Margaret- that would be awesome!! We could talk to the SUN!!

Mr. R- good thoughts Claire, I don’t know if it’ll work on the SUN.. but it doesn’t hurt to try!

Hello SUN, can you understand me?

Sun- wow planet earth.. your people are getting smarter and smarter everyday.

Mr. R- why, thanks

Mars- well, i also wanted humans on me!!

Sun- now mars, i am sure you know the reason, that why existence was decided to be given in Earth.

Mars- well, okay

But I definitely do not want the same kind of people as Earth..

Earth- what do you mean by that?

Mr. R- yes, what exactly does that mean!

Mars- you all might be start.. but you are destroying Earth everyday!!!

Claire- we aren’t destroying MOTHER EARTH!

Mars- well, you kind of are…

Sun- yes MS..

Mr. R- Claire

Sun- ohk, yes Claire, earth is being destroyed everyday more and more

Margaret- why would you say that?!

Earth- yes, I agree, my people are awesome

Mr. R, Margaret and Claire- thanks!!

Mars- oh really, if they are so awesome.. why are the following things occurring-

1. Global warming
2. Climate change
3. Air pollution
4. Water pollution
5. Plastic pollution
6. Soil pollution

And so many more problems!!

 

Margaret- I kind of agree with planet MARS, Earth is getting destroyed.

Claire- well I don’t agree, earth is awesome, and so are its people!

Mr. R- i support Claire

Earth- me too! Go Claire!!!

Sun- have we formed teams or something -_-

Earth- why yes, the teams are-

1. Me, Claire and Mr. R
2. Mars and Margaret

Now up to you, where do you want to be

Sun- support Mars and Margaret

Mars – great

Now all i want to say is that there are many effects on earth, which one day might cause existence to end on earth… then they move to MARS

Earth- no, nobody wants to leave earth and join mars

Sun- oh really! Seems like Margaret does

Margaret- well, mars might be better

Therefore, i make my statement- GOODBYE EARTH, I AM GOING TO MARS!

Mr. R- don’t be sad planet earth…

Claire- yeah, we can help

Earth- thank you

Now, what I want to say is that the people might not be perfect.. but we are unique in our own ways, let us be who we are, we’ll prove to you that we are AWESOME!

Margaret- i guess that is true, I don’t want to leave earth, but I don’t want to destroy earth either.

Claire- so let’s all take a pledge to protect Mother Earth.

Margaret- so i guess now it is

HELLO AGAIN EARTH

BYE MARS, THANKS FOR INSPIRING ME TO BECOME AN ASTRONAUT JUST SO I CAN COME TO MEET YOU, AND I REALLY WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN..

 

Claire-

So we don’t say GOODBYE to anybody we say BYE, SEE YOU LATER!

GOODBYE EARTH, I AM GOING TO MARS IS INCLUDED IN MY STORY BUT IT CHANGES AFTER A WHILE BECAUSE NONE OF US WILL WILL EVER LEAVE MOTHER EARTH. IT’S WHERE WE WERE BORN. IT’S WHERE WE LIVED.
